Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy is valid for four days. We are unable to offer you an exchange if 4 days have passed since the product(s) were delivered.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packing, with all packaging tags intact.

Exchange is applicable only once per order.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

You can request for an exchange if the product received is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong size.

The procedure for an exchange are as follows:

  1. You can reach out to us via mail at info@unwiredindia.com

  2. Once our customer service representatives validate your exchange request, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order. 

  3. Our delivery executive will come to collect the parcel from you. Please ensure that the items are properly packed to avoid damage during the transit.

  4. Once the product arrives at our facility, it will be subjected to a mandatory quality inspection. If it passes the quality checks and the item has not been mistreated or misused in any manner, we will ship the new product to you.

  5. In case a product goes out of stock, the product value shall be refunded to your bank account.

Refunds (Not Applicable)

All sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds on any orders will be made. â€‹

  • No returns or exchanges are applicable on subscription boxes, creator/influencer merchandise, and accessories.

  • Orders that are cancelled before dispatch will incur a cancellation fee or Rs 200/-
